6. The Classic Guide to Better Writing by Rudolf Flesch, Ph.D., and A.H. Lass

7. Writing Down the Bones by Natalie Goldberg

All of these can be found on Amazon and Barnes N Noble at the moment. However, if you prefer to peruse through the book before commenting to a purchase, don't forget to check your local library.
